Medieval Watchtower Paper Model

Here’s a paper model of a medieval watchtower in 1:140 scale. The site is in German and the babelfish that I used wasn’t very good in translating it, so I can’t tell you much more. 1:140 scale is probably not good for most miniature wargames, but you could easily scale them up when you print.

Alternate Realms Cardstock Buildings

The Alternate Realms site has several nice cardstock buildings, including some huts and a chapel. The page also has a couple of tanks and a science fiction walker vehicle. Finally, there’s a model of St Michaels tower on Glastonbury Tor (sp?).

Paper Star Wars Figures

This site has a nice selection of paper miniatures for both the new Star Wars movies, as well as the classic trilogy. They would be great for using with West End’s old Star Wars miniatures game.

Cardboard Superheroes

There are a lot of superhero miniatures rules out there — both free and commercial. So if you want to try one without going to all the trouble to paint some minis, you could try some of the paper figures on this page.

How To Draw Paper Soldiers

Matt Fritz has some good instructions for drawing your own paper soldiers. This would be a good way to try out a new period!
