The Shining is a print-and-play game based on the Stephen King novel of the same name. King himself apparently participated in playtesting.
Postcard Cthulhu is a print-and-play cooperative worker placement game set in HP Lovecraft’s Cthulhu universe. The game quite cleverly is designed (as its name suggests) to fit on both sides of a postcard. In deference to my older eyes, however, I printed it on a full sheet of paper. The postcard version, however, would travel well.
Zombie Hour is a tabletop game of zombie survival horror. The authors write:
What separates us from the zombies?
Something stronger than a heavy steel door.
It is what’s in our hearts that elevates us above them.
But when our hearts race, chests tighten, and breaths come hard, our humanity becomes a liability. Exhaustion and the ravages of time wear us down, while leaving them untouched, narrowing the gap between us and them. Ultimately we will fall within their grasp, be pulled down, and join them.
Zombie Hour is a print and play tabletop action-adventure game of survival. It is a real time tactical miniatures game with a resource allocation element–that resource is your life’s breath.
Having vitality and being able to choose how to use it is what sets you apart from the zombies. But living is both an advantage and a weakness. Conserve, expend, and recover your energy as you race against the clock, struggle against the rising tide of undead, and search for supplies to keep humanity going.

Arkham Investigator is a free tabletop game of Mythos mystery. From the Board Game Geek description:
Welcome to H.P. Lovecraft’s Arkham, the 1920s. There will be many mysteries to uncover in this storytelling game of Lovecraftian terror. Using the provided newspaper, a list of allies, the directory of Arkham residents and a map of Arkham – your job is to follow the clues from location to location, suspect to suspect – to unravel the mystery and answer the questions posed at the end of each scenario.
Your score will depend upon the number of clues points you needed to visit, the risks you took to your sanity in your investigations and your ability to find the correct answers to the questions.
Match wits with Armitage’s final score the man who has been exposed to the sanity-blasting truth about the existence of the age old evil! Can you beat his score?
With that in mind it is time to collaborate with Armitage’s investigations to complete your training. This is not a typical board game: No dice, no luck, but a challenge to your mental ability.
Monster Mansion is a print-and-play game in which players try to escape from the mansion before time runs out. This is the “mini” version to entice you to participate in their Kickstarter, and eventually, to purchase the retail version.
